This is the photo of the lady who got Vice President Amissah Arthur saying that ‘short people need to be carried to see Mahama’s achievement’ during a campaign event in the Eastern region on Friday.
During an address to the crowd, the vice president saw a lady who was carried shoulder high by some persons in the crowd in order for her to see what was happening on the podium.
The scene forced him to ask why the woman had been carried with which followed an answer from the crowd that it was to help her get a better view of the event. The answer got the Vice-President to tell the audience that short people should be carried in order for them to see the achievements of President Mahama and this triggered an uncontrollable laughter among the crowd.

But the Lord said to Samuel, "Don't judge by his appearance or height, for I have rejected him. The Lord doesn't see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7
NDC can spin the kasa bone of the vice president. Anomaa kokonekone vice president. He tells people not to insult and he goes around insulting. Opanyin bone!
The politicians should know that we mean business not insults. If they have nothing to offer, they should leave. If after 8 years you can't talk about your achievements then how can we vote for you to continue.
We send sensible people but not those with long paces.Do you the height of former president of Gabon Omar Bongo and Frederick Chiluba of Zambia. You are the number two leader of the country think before you talk else people will insult you always.
why wont people say fant1s are ***barred word***. urgly man like this, have the balls to call people short. hmmmmm. upon all ur gayism, u are vice president, hmmm mother gh.
If looks is what we looking for in presidency you shouldn't be in office at all. Akyir banyin.
LOOK IF THE NPP DOES NOT WNAT ANYONE TO USE THE WORD SHORT THEN THEY SHOULD IMPLORE THE QUEEN TO EXPOUNGE IT FROM THE ENGLISH LEXICON. WHAT IS THAT!!!! WHO CREATED SHORT PEOPLE? IS IT NOT GOD? SO PEOPLE SHOULD NOT SAY SHORT WHEN IN FACT IT IS SHORT?. EVEN ZACKEUS ADMITTED THAT HE WAS SHORT, SO HE CLIMBED A TREE TO MEET JESUS BUT AKUFFO ADDO HAD TO CLIMB A KITCHEN TABLE AT A CERTAIN IEA DEBATE, IS THAT NOT ADMISSION ENOUGH? THEN A FEW YEARS LATER HE WAS ADDRESSING A CROWD DENYING HE IS SHORT. IN HIS OWN WORDS ..... THEY SAID I AM SHORT, BUT IT IS NOT TRUE.. NII LANTEY VANDAPUJE SAID SHORT, THEY SAID CRUCIFY HIM, VEEP SAID SHORT THEY SAID CRUCIFY HIM, BUT SO LONG AS GHANA EXISTS, SHORT IS SHORT, HANDSOME IS HANDSOME, PRESIDENT IS MAHAMA. IF THEY DONT LIKE IT,,,, LEAVE GHANA.
What a senseless explanation! They think we are all so ***barred word***!
gayy people can not also be vice presidents in npp.
