President John Dramani Mahama has challenged Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to tell the Ghanaian people the type of factories he has promised every district of the country or stop deceiving Ghanaians.
He said the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flag bearer should not be allowed to continue to throw dust into the eyes of the Ghanaian people with the one district, one factory promise when he had not answered the critical question surrounding the promise.
Addressing teeming supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at a campaign rally at Sefwi Asafo in the Western Region Sunday night , the President said the NPP presidential candidate could not deceive Ghanaians with empty promises.
The charged crowd that had waited for long hours for the arrival of the NDC presidential candidate went into excitement when President Mahama finally arrived in the Western Regional town around midnight.
President Mahama was held up at other rallies in other Sefwi towns as he sought to maintain a stranglehold on the region.
President Mahama would not spare his main challenger in the December election, Nana Akufo-Addo, for churning out lies about the NDC government.
For instance, the President mentioned the claim by Nana Akufo-Addo that while he (Nana Akufo-Addo) was campaigning in the Western Region, he did not see the road infrastructure the government claimed to have undertaken in the region.
President Mahama asked the supporters whether Nana Akufo-Addo told the truth and shouts of, "no, no, no" emerged from the supporters.
"I will not say that he was sleeping when he was travelling on the roads. But, I can say that he was dozing off in his car when he was being driven around," the President said.
President Mahama added, "You should not let anybody deceive you because this government will continue to serve the interest of the people."
Many of the roads in the Sefwi area, which used to be in bad state had seen major improvements under my government and they evidence is there, President Mahama said.
At Sefwi Bodi, President Mahama was honoured with the Chieftaincy title, "Sompahene" by the Bodi Traditional Council.
Sompahene translated into English means good leader.
A statement accompanying the title said, President Mahama had acquitted himself as a true leader.
Responding, President Mahama thanked the chiefs for the honour done him and pledged to continue working to improve the lives of the people.
He urged the people to go out in their numbers on election day to vote for the NDC in both the presidential and parliamentary elections.

"For lack of knowledge my people perish" that is what is happening to JM cos if indeed he reads he will know Nana explains briefly on each platform, instead of telling us what u can do u are there with 7days to election giving Ghanaians cheap talk, you are rather trying to throw dust into Ghanaians eyes but they are ready to go to Robert and sons and Amasha opticals for treatment so that the dust wont affect their eyes...... This is a cheap talk paa seriously but wai til 9th dec and Nana will expalain to u. change is blowing
Mo ma ye nka na bra Kofi Dubai pe appor . . .lol You want Nana to explain so that you can copy his ideas like you did previously. Well masa Dubai, your time is up, pack and go . . offui!
You a disgrace to the Presidency. We were here when 4 years ago you did the same thing with free shs policy from NPP. You then turned around to implement it. Your Brother Alfred Mahama says that what he would want to see is processing of agriculture goods and storage. Is it not factories that will process the agricultural goods. You see Mr President, come up with your own policies and tell us what you wish to do and stop attacking other peoples policies wai. Or you dont have a message?
Ghanaians will explain on the 7th December when they vote you out. You are incompetent , corr_upt and visionless liar. Where is the one time premium you promised Ghanaians in 2012??? Mr. L_iar. you cant be trusted.
he will not today or tomorrow.
Explain for you to copy? Na lie
SHOULD I CONSIDER IT A GENEROSITY BY THE PRESIDENT TO DEMAND SUCH EXPLANATION FROM A RETARD OLD ***barred word***? SO THAT IN THE EVENT OF DOING SO HE MIGHT FIND SOME APOR FROM THE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS BY NDC COMMUNICATORS TO HIT A POINT???? BECAUSE THE LAST TIME I CHECKED THIS NANA ADDO IS AS EMPTY AS AN EMPTY CAN..... BUT FOR THE AEGIS OF MEDIA HYPE,,, HE HAS THUS MANAGE THIS FAR.. AND AS AGEISM IS PLAYING AT HIS ADVANTAGE,,,, GHANAIANS SHOULD GO EASY WITH HIM... BECAUSE THERE IS NO MORE STRENGTH LEFT IN HIM TO WARRANT THE SCRUTINY OF HIS OWN UNGUARDED PROMISES.
He did not believe in the School feeding, the national health and the free education. This is the more reason why he has failed and collapsed all these initiatives. What can be possible under John Mahama's government is corruption,***barred word*** and sharing money on every initiative touched. GYEEDA, SADA, SUBA, over pricing of contracts, woyome, bus branding etc. It a shame he still has the guards to campaign for votes.
aaaaarrh is Mahama in this country? Nana n his team has explain on several platform on how businesses have been sighted... n how they intends implementing its. Mahama promised 200 SHS but we only have 32 constructed n out of that 23 was constructed by the world bank therefore Mahama has only constructed 9 which is a fact.
