Member of the opposition National Democratic Congress [NDC] communication team, Alhaji Haruna Halidu, has confirmed his believe that the current energy crisis would be solved by this government under the supervision of the Energy Minister, Boakye Agyarko.
“I believe Hon. Boakye Agyarko will solve Ghana’s energy crisis due to his level of intellect in energy issues,” he said.
During a panel discussion on UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ programme, Haruna Halidu indicated that “the chance given to the New Patriotic Party [NPP] is to test their pulse on the numerous agitations made during their term of opposition before the 2016 elections.”
However, his political opponent on the programme, Dr Nana Ato Arthur, Member of Parliament (MP) for Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem, (KEEA) on the ticket of the NPP said “there was nothing like this kind of excessive energy crisis during the days of Ex-President John Agyekum Kuffour and the Late President John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills. Rather, it was the mismanagement of the economy by the previous government that brought about Dumsor.”
He added that let us all have hope in President Akufo-Addo’s government, especially with his pledge to fixing the Dumsor crisis.

NANA ATO ARTHUR IS NOT AN MP FOR KEEA PLEASE.EDIT YOUR STORY
I totally agree with you. He will be the best so far! insha Allah!!
Has this man started respecting ladies including his mother and sisters? Blame John Mahala for all these ***barred word***. He surrounded himself with incompetent people. Dr Kwesi Botchway and co. should not go far looking for reasons why we lost the elections. Let us compare the Women's and Youth Organiser of our party and our main opponents, NPP. Otiko and Awuku won the elections for Npp. And for us, many party members didnot know the names of our national women and youth organisers. And what about Solomon Nkansah and Nana Akomea? Amissah Arthur and Bawumia? Lordina and Rebecca? Samira and Mrs Amissah Arthur? The difference was too clear. We too much glorify mediocrity in our great party. How come semi - illiterate like Collins Dauda, Ofosu Ampofo, Yamoah Ponkoh, etc were held in high esteem? Perhaps, the aforementioned couldn't have merited places in the NPP, CPP or PPP
THIS HUNGARY AND GREEDY NDC MAN WANTS SOLI FROM AGYARKO
