“Ghanaians are feeling insecure in the country under the first six months of President Akufo-Addo’s administration” says Former Ghana's High Commissioner to India, Sam Pee Yalley.
He was speaking to the pockets of violence erupting in the country with the latest one being the lynching of Major Maxwell Adam Mahama and the shooting of Constable Michael Kporyi of the Ghana Police Service by unknown assailants while on patrol duties at Michel Camp in Accra.
Sam Pee Yalley does not understand why the President should be outside the country while these attacks are taking place.
According to him, President Akufo-Addo needs to stop ‘travelling around’ and put measures in place in the country to make Ghanaians safe.
“Ghanaians need your leadership more in this crisis. You have travelled enough come home we need you to come and sit at the flagstaff house and work,” he said.
Sam Pee Yalley who was contributing to a panel discussion on Radio Gold’s 'Alhaji and Alhaji' added “There is a sinister ploy in this country being perpetrated by a group of people under the NPP; they could be subordinate criminals parading as NPP people but it takes a commander in chief, a man who has sworn an oath to defend this country and the constitution to be in office giving instructions and directives. You don’t go to town hall meetings and be issuing instructions. You don’t do that. There is so much wrong going on in this country and we need a leader. Mr President where are you? Mr President where are you? People are being killed, policemen are being shot, cocaine is turning to this, gold is turning to this; Mr President where are you. You cannot put this country on autopilot. We need your leadership in this country. For the first six months things have not gone well . . . Mr. President we are sinking and we need your leadership.”

Who cares about ndc sinking? You can drown who cares? Your ste*ling and evil plans have send this nation to where it is now. Ndc met a vibrant economy in 2009 which made the distribute Ghana's money to their friends and cronies as judgement debts,NPP met a collapsed economy in 2017 and ndc want that fixed in 6 months for them to come back and chop and thank God Ghanaians have made it clear ndc will never come back to ste*l their resources and invite foreigners to come and poison them through galamsey. Mo besu ara awu! Okom de ndcfuo, the cheap awuuf money is no more coming and they are screaming hahahahaha! You will scream and weep till your eyes are out who cares? Akronfuo! Ndc is irrelevant in Ghana and nobody, nobody is interested in you how much more your rantings. Ghana is working,Ghana will succeed, Ghana will move forward. God bless the NPP, God bless Ghana and God damn ndc.
Uncle Sam, I thought you have grown past this kind of petty politics. As a former Ambassador, you saw India, how it grew whiles you were there. Everyday has its own troubles, that is unforeseen. It is not politics. There are no security breaches in this country. The NDC just want to coin something. I counsel you to set in place a team of intelligent people to evaluate the economy and economic policies and identify weaknesses which should be your trump card to criticize the government. Your political research team is failing this country. Please be more responsible opposition and stop hammering on what does not exist. Look at what Bawumia and others did to weak the NDC Mahama administration and come out with innovative ideas. Please do not fail the NDC otherwise we shall be in opposition for decades.
Call me a cynic but I am beginning to wonder if the NDC are behind all these incidences taking place because they want to use that as their propaganda weapon to attempt to make the present government unpopular. Unfortunately though it will blow up in their face and rather make them unpopular. It will make them unpopular because any person who has followed the political terrain in Ghana from the days of Rawlings till now can point to hundreds of worse incidences that happened under NDC rule and nothing was done to the criminals because they were NDC supporters. Those in glass houses should throw no stones. The country needs a united front to move forward and not this cheap divisive propaganda.
You n ur NDC cronies r de ones sinking, because u don't have the chance to create, loot n share. Shame on all of u who r hiding behind these things to create confusion in de minds of ordinary Ghanaians. For ur information, the prez is not out on holidays. He is working out there and his works have started bearing fruits. GHANA IS WORKING AGAIN!!!
Sometimes I wonder how some people think in this country...just trying to find an avenue to politicized everything....ndc,u will be in opposition for long;trust me on this.2032 is your time
You are a big ***barred word*** You and who are sinking. You are going to sink the more if your stealing spree is uncovered.
Sorry to hear that some guys are sinking. Is it because the loopholes created to siphon state resources are being blocked? Then I am afraid you have a deep sinking ahead.
where you when Nkwanta DCE was killed and no arrest made till now? when were you when 2 chiefs were killed northern region. you behave as if you were living in the moon during your time in government
sSuuuuuuuuuuuppid! That's one of the numerous legacy you and your NDC left behind. Loot and share gangsters.
CONTINUE SINKING
