Members of the Invisible Forces in Tema have threatened to visit mayhem on government officials for what they perceive as failure on their part to offer them jobs.
According to them, they were promised jobs during the 2016 electioneering campaign but now that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is in power, officials have turned their backs on them to the extent that, phone calls to them go unanswered.
At a Town Hall meeting organised by the Ministry of Information in Tema on Tuesday, members of the Invisible Forces vowed that if that behaviour is not reversed, what happened in Kumasi where some members of another vigilante group, the Delta Forces stormed the courts and offices of the Ashanti Regional Security Liaison Officer to assault and eject him from office would be replicated in Tema.
In March this year, some irate members of Delta Force stormed the offices of the Ashanti Regional Security Coordinator in Kumasi, smashed windows and doors and threw him out of his office.
The group claimed that Mr George Adjei, who had been appointed Ashanti Regional Security Coordinator for the region, was an outsider who was unknown to them and had neither been in the trenches nor suffered with them when the NPP was campaigning to win 2016 general election.

Is high time Ghanaians politicians should learn to promise very little .when they are power hungry they will promise heaven and earth just come to power you gotta deal with what you create with your own hands
AND YOU WILL BE ARRESTED.
employment minister please kindly lift the Ban on the recruitment to the gulf area and allow these guys enroll on any of the jobs there just for 2yrs and we will have our peace. we all know there is no job for them to work now let them go to Qata, Dubai,Jorda, Kuwait if they r even paid 1000 cedis every month with free accommodation, transportation, food they will not even spend the salary in 2yrs they will have enough to come home to do sth. my brother n sister are there and all is well with them.Just put measures for the agency with license to follow u can even track them anywhere they are. let them go n work. 3nsa a ni adwuma no bonsam bo ne paa. yooo
Some of you think helping a party to come to power is all about making noise or joining a queue to vote. Spend your money or loose something as a result of your support then you will understand.
THIS ***barred word*** MUST STOP. NPP LEADERS, BE BOLD AND CALL SPADE A SPADE. A LOT OF PEOPLE CONTRIBUTED IN VARIOUS WAYS BUT THEY ARE NOT MAKING NOISE. WE ARE SICK AND GETTING TIRED OF THIS UNCULTURED BEHAVIOUR.
Why is the NPP condoning this ma*dness from these 1diots who are becoming such bold? This this is just unacceptable!
WE NOT DOWN HERE IN ACCRA FOR THIS ***barred word*** THING TO HAPPEN.U THINK U ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE LOOK FOR JOB? LOOK AT WHAT THIS Invisible Forces ARE DOING,ONLY IN GH.U PEOPLE ARE A DISGRACE TO NPP AND GH. NDC PEOPLE WILL NOT DO THAT.LOOK OUR PARTY IS IN POWER AND LOOK AT WHAT SOME OF US ARE DOING.DISGRACE PAAAAAAA.GOD SAVE NPP. AND TO THE Invisible Forces DONT THINK WHAT U DID IN KUMASI, U CAN DO THE SAME THING HERE IN ACCRA FORGET IT.
Why do we called on the security agency to act on these development?. For me I will not called on any security agency because the issue at hand is not the matter of dealing with the invisible forces but rather deal with the NPP party who are members of these group and also party in power but what do we see or hear is institution, Chiefs, Pastors, politician, the media and so on are condemning the delta forces meanwhile the root cause of all these are the party in power
Bam! The cat is out of the bag. We have been complaining about the violent nature of this group and nobody seems to care and now they have openly declared with relish their desire to visit same mayhem in Accra. I hope the security forces heard this one, loud and clear. Let me add my voice to all persons decrying violence in this country. People shouldn't think because their government is in power so they will have the backing to do any ***barred word*** thing and walk away with it. There are others not in government who are equally trained forces personnel who are quite disciplined and I believe these ones should learn from them and resolve their issues without entangling the entire nation in this. The President and the authorities must crack the whip once and for all.
FOR THOSE MAKING NOISES ABOUT THEY HELPED SOME NPP MEMBERS AND NOW THEY DON'T HEAR FROM THEM, ARE ALL GREEDYYYY BASTARDDDSSSS AND SELFISHHHHH! YOU ONLY THINK ABOUT YOURSELVES AND STOMACH AND NOT THE MASSES. THE GOVT HAS BEEN IN POWER FOR JUST 7 MONTHS, THERE WERE SO MUCH MESS LEFT BEHIND, CORRRRRUPT PRACTICES IN THE SYSTEM THEY NEED TO TAKE CARE OF AND THEN FIND WAYS OF CREATING JOBS FOR MOST. THE ONE DISTRICT ONE FACTORY IS JUST ABOUT TO ROLL OUR WITH 56 FACTORIES ACROSS THE NATION SO WHY CAN'T PEOPLE WAIT???? TO THE NPP EXECUTIVES, THESE INVICIBLE FORCES CAN BE SPREAD ACROSS SOME JOBS. PUT SOME IN AFFORESTATION AREAS, OTHERS IN SANITATION TASK FORCE WHICH ACCRA HAS JUST BEGUN UNDER THE AMA, THOSE WHO HAVE CERTIFICATES AND CAN JOIN THE ARMY, POLICE OR OTHER SECURITY AGENCIES SHOULD BE IDENTIFIED AND HELPED. THE LEADERS SHOULD GATHER ALL MEMBERS OF THIS FORCES, IDENTIFY THEIR STRENGTHS, ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS AND PLACE THEM WHERE THEY'LL BE USEFUL. THIS WILL EVEN HELP DISBAND THE GROUP BECAUSE THE DEVILLLL FINDS WORK FOR THE IDLE HANDS.
