If Ghanaians did not have short memories as former Prez. Mahama posited, NDC would not be talking like this. Seth Terkper took just four years under Mahama Administration to borrow twice of Ghana's debt from Nkrumah to Atta Mills. Despite that, NPP did not refer to him as Minister of loans. I have said it time and time again that NDC MPs are not serious. They just love creating fun in parliament.
Loan Masters!!!! May be the 110 ministers can form 11 teams and start a loan league in Ghana since Nyantakyi is no longer keeping them in his pocket.
Loan Star Vice President and Loan Minister for Finance were in Ghana's Parliament to review their loan budget
Hahaha, seriously how did judgement debt got lost from our financial conversations? Eh NDC have done some ooooo.
And Kwabena Dufuor and Seth Terkpe were Ministers For Judgement Debts. They were the only finance ministers in the history of this country to budget for judgement debts.
