The former leader of defunct Delta Force, a pro-government militia group, Kwadwo Bamba has debunked reports that a member of the group has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of two Canadian young women at Ahodwo in Kumasi.
Confirmed reports from the Ministry of Information indicates that eight suspects were arrested following the rescue of the Canadians girls who were abducted about a week ago.
The dawn operation, led by Col Michael Kwadwo Opoku, the National Security Coordinator, was undertaken by a joint team made up of the National Security and others.
Seidu, one of the suspects according to reports making the rounds belongs to the Delta Force.
However, the leader of the group denies.
Speaking to Nana Yaw Kesse on 'The Platform' programme on Peace FM, Wednesday, he continued that Seidu is rather a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and not the ruling NPP.
