Seth Acheampong who served in parliament for 3 terms comes to the job with enormous experience from Student Leadership, Private Business, and Public Services.
Hon. Seth Acheampong has served as GUNUPS President in his student days with the likes of Hon. Haruna Idrissu , Majority Leader, Dr. Mohammed Amin Anta, MP Karaga , Hon. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah , Former Minister as contemporaries.
Hon. Acheampong was born on December 18, 1971, and was born in Atibie-Kwahu, Eastern Region.
In addition to his undergraduate certificates, Hon. Acheampong holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, from the prestigious Graduate School of Management, France, Paris, 2008.
In the last Parliament Hon. Seth Acheampong Served as Chairman for the Defence and Interior Committee.
He leads the passage of the Narcotic Control Act, the Regulation for the Ghana Immigration Service Act, the National Security Act among others.
Hon. Seth Acheampong has been a pivotal member of the NPP communications team and a member of the highest decision-making body, the National Council.
Hon. Acheampong is a Presbyterian and married with children.
