The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Majority side in Parliament is hoping to reverse the 'rejection' of the 2022 budget statement today.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Minority side through a voice vote on Friday, rejected the 2022 Agyenkwa budget; a move the Majority has described as "invalid and unconstitutional".
Today's debate is expected to be a heated one.
Meanwhile, the Member of Parliament for Sekyere Afram Plains Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Alex Adomako Mensah has asked the Majority to humbly "come for a consensus to be reached".
"However, if they come in a Takashi mode, we'll meet them squarely," he said in an interview on Neat FM's Me Man Nti programme.
