Alan Kyerematen, one of the Presidential aspirants of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has thanked delegates for voting for him during the party's Super Delegates Conference.
The former Trades Minister came third after Saturday's election with 95 votes representing 10.29 percent.
In a statement released on Monday, he however expressed "deep sorrow about the brutal assault on my polling agent in the North East region. This is an indelible blot to the integrity of the internal democratic process within the NPP” and assured the agent’s family of his “unwavering support for his wellbeing”
Meanwhile, “in the course of his week,” he will “deliver a public broadcast on the way forward for my campaign".

You see, Alan is a hardworking man who is gentle and nice-looking but not charismatic. I believe he has done very well as a trade minister and would have made a better team with Vice President Bawumia. Notwithstanding the fact that Alan is modest and has hence been humble in campaigning on his remarkable efforts he has made in the 1D1F-programme, despite the fact that it takes time for the newly established factories to be productive and make a noticeable impact on the lives of the citizens, explaining and communicating is key for the voters to appreciate. The determination of the NPP to break the '8' would not have been far-fetched, and the cumulative tendency of Alan to continue to even '16' would have been very promising. By then the good politics and policies would have borne good fruits.
Always causing confusion in NPP. He did same in 2007. What makes him think that he is entitled to that position in NPP? He didn't even make us know what is he has done on 1D1F.
There is no need
I love this man, but those around him are totally a disservice to his ambitions. Buabeng Asamoah and Hopson caused his loss to Ken. If he is not careful, he will be fourth in November 24
Sir, just give up because your time is over. I don't know whatelse you have to say after this performance.
