The Rap Doctor, Okyeame Keame, has begun a regional tour of radio stations as part of the official pre-launch of his latest album, The Clinic.

The album, executive produced by One-Mic Entertainment, has 10 hit songs, including Faithful and Kwame See. The songs were recorded and sound engineered by some of the popular names in the industry such as Zapp Mallet, Apietus, Richie, Kaywa, Roro and Magnum.

On Friday, November 4, Okyeame began his nationwide tour of selected radio stations when he appeared on Skyy Power (93.5 FM) at Takoradi. This was followed by an after-party bash at the Phoenix Night Club at Takoradi.

In the weeks to come, the Ghana Music Awards 2009 Artiste of the Year has set aside days to specially make an appearance on at least a radio station in a region to pre-launch his upcoming album. During the tour, he will interact with his fans and music-lovers, and also thank them for the support given him in his music career.

He would also seize the opportunity to announce to everybody where to get copies of my new album to buy, even before they are put on CD and sent to every music shop and outlet in the country. That website is www.MTNPLAY.com.gh, he said, expressing his profound appreciation to telecommunications company MTN and Techno Phones for sponsoring the radio launch of the album.

On Friday, November 12, Okyeame Kwame will storm the studios of Eagle FM (87.7) in Cape Coast, with the after-party at Ingua Night Club. Luv FM (99.5) and the Vienna City Night Club in Kumasi (Ashanti) will follow on Friday, November 18.

Appearances for the other regions are as follows: Sunyani (Brong Ahafo)- Space 97.7 FM and Tyco Night Club on Friday, December 16; Tamale (Northern)- Fylla FM and Royal Night Club on Saturday, December 17; Ho (Volta)- Volta Premier and Club Fidel on Friday, November 25; Koforidua (Eastern)- Vision 90.0 FM and Capital View Club on Saturday, November 26; Obuasi Shaft 98.1 FM and Rammys Ranch on Friday, December 2; Accra (Greater Accra)- YFM 107.9 and Roxbury Night Club on Friday, December 9; Accra-Hitz 103.7 FM on Saturday, December 10.
