Gyedu Blay-Ambolley has threatened to place injunction on the upcoming GHAMRO elections slated for February 11, 2015 to enable stakeholders to put in place proper structures before elections are held.
He claimed that the current GHAMRO board appointed by the court to manage GHAMRO for six months has to render proper account on its activities so far to all members.
The music icon stressed that the leadership crisis in the music industry for the past years has fueled incompetence, intransigence and unaccountable stewardship, adding, Nobody can hijack GHAMRO.
My brother, we are tired of these people. They should leave because we dont want them anymore. It is high time we flushed out those who want to enrich themselves through the sweats of musicians.
