Renowned movie producer, Socrates Safo, has advised rapper Sarkodie to review his attitude of not picking up phone calls.
The rapper, in an interview on Zylofon FM, admitted he finds it difficult to answer phone calls.
He disclosed that even his mother has been complaining about his chronic refusal to pick phone calls.
"With the calls thing...my mom has the same issue with me. When you ask my mom right now, that's what she will tell you...She will say my own son even picks up by chance because I never put the notification and I go on WhatsApp and you have a lot of messages. Sometimes, I sit down one day and scale through, then I will see that maybe someone has messaged me for a long time; then I go in to have a conversation.
''..I really at a certain point, I try not to keep up with picking calls 24/7. Unless I know I'm going to do something today or I'm looking forward to do this and then I keep it on to keep up'', he said.
Responding to Sarkodie's comments, Socrates Safo opined that the rapper will change when he ''grows up''.
According to him, Sarkodie may not feel the urge to pick his phone calls because he hasn't grown yet, but when he does, he will see the importance of not missing calls.
He also advised the rapper and his colleague musicians to remember their humble beginnings to stardom, ensuring they make time to answer calls because when they had not yet become celebrities, they would never miss phone calls.
" . . make room to pick calls because you don't know who is calling you," he counseled, stressing Sarkodie, although has achieved great success in his music career, he hasn't yet reached his zenith of success and so will still need help.
