First Runner-Up of the just ended Miss Ghana pageant, Nadia Ntanhu, is set to represent Ghana at this year’s Miss Ecowas pageant in Cote D’ Ivoire.
Ntanhu left the shores of Ghana on Sunday for the Ivorian capital, ahead of the December 1 event.
The Miss Ecowas pageant will bring together delegates from all member countries, to vie for the coveted prize of Miss Ecowas 2012.
Exclusive Events Ghana, organizers of the Miss Ghana pageant say they are optimistic Ntanhu will make a good showing at the event.
Ghana’s participation in the international event dates back to several years.
The Miss Ecowas pageant remains one of the most prestigious regional competitions, with years of a solid tradition and heritage.
Miss Ghana 2012, Naa Okailey Shooter, will represent Ghana at next year’s Miss World event.
