World Professional Boxing Federation (WPBF) Champion, Braimah Kamoko popularly known as Bukom Banku says he is not going to fight in Ghana again.
The 32-year-old boxer won his last bout on home soil after defeating Namibian boxer Vikapita Meroro by a unanimous decision for the SBO Africa light heavyweight title in June. According to him, the non-existence of a boxing arena in the country is making boxing in Ghana very difficult.
He noted that boxing in Ghana has come of age to have facilities to enhance the sport since it was the first to earn the country a world title. Bukom is set to engage in a fierce battle with Mexican, Martin Cleverly next year. He told Asempa Sports that there is nothing impossible in this world and believes with his competent manager he will become a world champion.
