The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) has endorsed the decision by Braimah Bukom Banku Kamoko to part ways with his mangers and promoters Golden Mike Boxing Promotions.
The GBA endorsed the decision at their Executive Committee meeting after engaging the two parties.
According to information gathered by the GNA Sports, the promoters had no objection to the boxers request and gave the officials of the GBA the green light to terminate the contract.
Though the contract was expected to expire in 2016, the boxer claimed his inability to secure fights outside the country had compelled him to back out of the deal.
Kamoko claims he had secured a deal in Australia and the new managers were ready to get him opponents to realize his dreams of becoming a world champion.
