Herbert Addo has been sacked as the head coach of struggling Wassaman United, ghanasoccernet.com can confirm.
The ex-Aduana Stars boss has been asked to step aside following the unimpressive performance in the Ghana Premier League.
The debutants are rooted at the bottom of the table with a paltry nine points from 15 games and management have confirmed they have reached an agreement to part ways with him.
“We have terminated the appointment of the coach and it was mutual. We believe he has lost control and it time for him to leave,” CEO Kingsley Baidoo told Accra-based Happy FM
“We took the decision after a painstaking time and we believe there are questions about his tactical disposition.
“He is in Takoradi now and I suspect he should be in Accra by the close of the day.”
Addo took charge of the club at the beginning of the season but failed to assert his authority on the team.
