Swiss side FC Sion have lined up Ghana U20 prolific striker Ebenezer Assifuah as a replacement for Yannich Ndjeng.
Cameroonian striker Ndjeng failed to settle down at the Stade de Tourbillon and has now re-joined Tunisian side Esperance.
According to the Swiss Daily Le Matin, Sion are ready to hand him a four-year contract.
But the Liberty Professionals player has denied any move to the Swiss Super League and insisted he is a bona fide of the Ghana Premier League side.
Assifuah scored six goals in seven matches at the FIFA U20 World Cup finals where he finished top scorer.
