Hearts coach Nii Noi Thompson says he has done enough to be handed a long term deal at the club after master-minding victory over rivals Asante Kotoko last Sunday. Thompson has earned praise from the club supporters after the win and he feels he deserves a permanent role.
Hearts are still in search of a substantive coach but Thompson is convinced he will get the final nod for the vacant portfolio. "I told you before the season ended last term that I was looking forward to be here a long time and the win will attest to the fact that am competent enough to carry Hearts through," Thompson revealed.
"We are playing well and am confident of building a formidable squad for next season. "We are still in the hunt for the top four trophy and if we able to win it, it will underline my credentials as a good coach."
