Kumasi King Faisal played a determine game on Sunday to beat the visiting team, Sekondi Eleven Wise, 2:0 in their 21st Premiere League match, played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Accra.
The unpromising first half ended goalless with fifty-fifty ball possession.
The second half started under flood light and Faisal scored their first goal in the 52nd minute through Enock Ebo Andoh who shot into the net a corner kick from substitute Prince Arkoh.
Wise accepted the challenge and tried to make amends but their effort proved futile.
Faisal made it 2: 0 when Frank Acheampong broke through the deflated defence of Wise and planted the ball at blind side of goalkeeper Joseph Theophilus in the 81st minute against the round of play.
