Ghana defender Shilla Illiasu has announced his return to form by scoring for his new Armenian side Impuls in a 2-1 win over Shirak.
The centre-back drew Impuls level on the half-hour mark at the weekend after going down three minutes earlier.
This was is first goal for the Dilijan-based since joining in the summer.
Illiasu, returned to top-tier football this year after an injury-induced three-year lay-off.
He joined relegated Premier League side Real Tamale United in January to test his fitness level.
He played and excelled at the 2006 Fifa World Cup finals and later joined Russian side FC Saturn.
But his contract was terminated under mysterious circumstances before a knee injury forced him to return back home for treatment.
