Italian side Udinese have put a US$ 12 million price tag on Ghana international Kwadwo Asamoah.
Juventus coach Antonio Conto has made the talented midfielder his number one target for next season.
The negotiations are underway and a meeting between club presidents Beppe Marotta and Gino Pozzo in Milan on Wednesday could finalize the move.
Juventus are not willing to meet his valuation but are prepared to offer two midfielders in Saphir Sliti Taider and Patience Brown.
Asamoah is preparing with Ghana for next month's 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
"When I am allowed to say anything about my future I will put it here first don't worry. Have a great day," the 23-year-old posted on twitter on Tuesday.
