Ghana Premier League side Heart of Lions will have a new secretariat as the club�s new owners seek to improve the brand of the club.
The Ghana Football Association Executive Committee member Randy Abbey has completed a takeover of the Kpando-based club after negotiating a 70 percent take over earlier this week.
GHANASoccernet.com understands that he will relocate the head office of the club with the aim of making them attractive.
Abbey resigned as the chairman of the Referees Appointment Committee to prevent conflict of interest.
