A management member of Asante Kotoko, Ali Maradona, claims the club has secured a new kit sponsor.
He applauded the deal and said it will go a long way to help the club.
He observed that the kit sponsors will soon announce their presence in Ghana in a bid to establishing their presence on the continent.
Ali Maradona confirmed this to Ghana sports in a telephone conservation from the United States of America. He revealed that Kotoko officials met the new sponsors in Chicago and the two parties are still in talks to affirm the deal before final negotiations.
“This deal is good and will sponsor the club for a long time. They are new in the business and look set to remain on the continent.” Kotoko currently have no kit sponsor and Ali claims sooner or later that the deal with America’s kit sponsor will be materialized.
