Relegation hunted Accra Hearts Of Oak on Wednesday reaped a goal harvest, beating Kpando Hearts of Lions 4-0 in their First Capital Plus Premier League match played at the Robert Mensah Stadium in Cape Coast.
Hearts who played an improved game made victory certain at the end of the first half when they banged in four goals before half time.
Salasi Adjei of the victors scored the opener in a goal mouth scramble in the 5th minute.
The Phobians continued to dictate the pace and in the process Hearts mounted the tally to 2-0 through Foovi Adjedzi with a header in the 27th minute.
Hearts remained on top of affairs and scored two more goals through Adjedzi with a long range shot and Eric Kumi before half time.
In the second half both teams made changes but that did not alter the pattern of play.
