Ghana striker Jordan Ayew is set to return to the Aston Villa Stars line-up after serving his suspension.
Ayew has missed his side’s last three League matches after he was given a suspension following his barbaric incident on West Ham defender Aaron Crasswell.
The Ghanaian international elbowed his opponent in the face without any provocation which saw referee Mike Dean issuing a straight red card to him in a game they lost 2-0.
The 24-year-old who missed his side’s clashes against Liverpool, Norwich and Stoke City is set to return to the squad when Villa takes on Everton in a League match on Tuesday.
The former Lorient attacker’s return will serve as a big boost for manager Remi Garde who has depended on the Ghanaian for goals.
The player was earlier reported could face a fine from his Club for his ill-mannered behavior on his opponent.
Ayew is currently the top scorer for the Club with five League goals.
