The manager of the Ghana Premier League side passed away on Tuesday, according to sources
Liberty Professionals team manager Francis Bruce Thompson has passed away, according to family sources quoted by Starr Sports.
The club’s longest-serving manager died of heart complication in Accra after he was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday.
Thompson’s health worsened last month when his legs were amputated at the St. John's of God Hospital in Duayaw-Nkwanta due to a diabetic situation.
He has also worked with Hearts of Oak and Bechem United.
