Ex-Ghana international Otto Addo has reported been contacted by the Ghana Football Association to take over as the new Black Stars Coach.
Reports in the Ghanaian media indicate the former Borussia Dortmund star is likely to take up the post hence could be assisted by former Ghana striker Ibrahim Tanko who was a scout for the Black Stars team at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
Addo is currently working as the assistant Coach for Danish Club Nordsjaelland.
The Ghana Football Association are reported to have received over 60 applications for the vacant position at the Black Stars.
Ghana is in hunt of a new Coach following the exit of Israeli Avram Grant who had his contract expired after the Cup of Nations tournament.
Further reports have also linked former Coach Kwesi Appiah with a return the Black Stars Coach.
