Black Queens beat Nigeria 5-4 on penalties to reach the final of the inaugural WAFU Zone B Women's Nations Cup.
They were tied 1-1 after regulations with all goals scored in the first half.
Alice Ogebe opened the scoring as early as the 8th minute but ten minutes later Queens drew level through Faustina Ampah.
During the shootouts, goalkeeper Patricia Mantey saved two spot-kicks and Alice Kusi scored the winning goal.
Ghana will face hosts Ivory Coast in the final in a repeat of the tournament opener.
