The Hearts of Oak playing body were at the National Chief Imam's mosque on Friday for prayers ahead of the start of the new season this weekend.
The muslim players and management members were at the Central Mosque in Abossey Okai, Accra for the Friday's congregational prayer known as Jummah.
Chief Imam Dr Shiekh Osmanu Sharubutu said special supplications for the playing team as they embark on a journey to end their ten-year trophy drought.
Hearts start their season at home to Berekum Chelsea on Sunday.
