Accra Hearts of Oak have jumped to the defense of their player Umar Manaf.
The player’s official twitter handle was surprisingly identified as one of many who had requested Ghanaian social media and TV Personality Efia Odo to come to their aid by sending monies into their Mobile Money account.
Efia Odo during an interaction with her fans on twitter promised to give out monies, surprisingly Manaf popped up with his Mobile Money number.
This caused massive stir among football enthusiasts and followers of Accra Hearts of Oak.
The Ghanaian giants have come out to deny the player’s involvement is the act insisting his account has been hacked.
Hearts of Oak were reported to have agreed with players to have salary cuts due to the Coronavirus which has halted football activities, a claim the Club came out to deny.
