I heard of Hollywood when I was just a boy. I came to know a lot about Bollywood due to my love for Indian movies, especially Anthony and Shankar. In the late 80s we began hearing of Nollywood. Now I think I'm getting tired of all these �WOOD� and wonder when they will turn into furniture.
But there is one "WOOD" I'm intrigued with. You and I have lived and seen action movies from this "WOOD" but have either ignored it or not given it the necessary attention. It does not employ staff, no cameraman, no TV, just one actor, (the penis.) And one location (your bed) and in some cases some small �adwene boni� (Evil thoughts)
This "WOOD" is the daily early morning erections men experience which is informally called "MORNING WOOD" AKA morning glory.
It's common for men to have erections during the night, a phenomenon known as nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT) throughout their life. In fact, the penis can actually stay erect longer and be noticeably harder when a guy is asleep than when he's fully aroused and awake.
We don't know exactly why �MORNING WOOD� happens but it is believed to be caused by electrical impulses in the brain that tend to occur during the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) stages of sleep.
Even though doctors say it isn't necessarily synonymous with excitement I also believe �adwene boni� small dey inside.
