Kofi Adams, Deputy General Secretary of the NDC and Special Aide to ex-President Rawlings, has described as baseless and without merit, reports that he is scheming at running his own party down following the recording of a private conversation he is alleged to have had with Executive Director of Danquah Institute, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko.
