The local representative of Spanish company ISOFOTON has called the bluff of former Chief of Staff Kwadwo Mpiani who has threatened a law suit over allegations that he arbitrarily terminated a contract between ISOFOTON and the Government of Ghana because he wasn�t given kickbacks.
