Presidential candidate of the NPP, Nana Akufo-Addo, says his party is seeking to govern the country once again not because the NPP desire to "penalize" its political opponents, but to �create an atmosphere that will allow all Ghanaians no matter their political colours to participate freely in the growth of our economy.
