A Cape Coast Circuit Court, presided over by Florence Kai Otoo on Friday granted bail in the sum of GH�5,000 with one surety each to a Housemistress at the Ghana National Senior High School (SHS), Whilemena Sam and a house three dormitory prefect, Rabiatu Haruna.
