Council of Elders of the New Patriotic Party seem set to throw a monkey wrench into what they describe as needless and image smearing moves by the defeated presidential candidate of the party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo�s refusal to concede defeat in the just ended election that saw President John Mahama as winner.
