Youth Activist and a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communications team, Samuel George has descended heavily on the parliamentary caucus of the New Patriotic Party over their disclosure to participate in the budget presentation by the Finance Minister, Seth Tekper, on the floor of the House.
