Tough-talking Deputy Director of Communications of the National Democratic Party (NDP), Ernest Kofi Owusu-Bempah, wants utility provider, the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) to be dragged to court as being done in some developed nations for what he terms as irrational poor services to consumers.
