President of the Ashanti Regional Branch of the Ghana Bar Association, Lawyer Yaw Acheampong Boafo, has taken a swipe at the President, H.E John Dramani Mahama over his current ministerial reshuffle, describing him as inconsistent and indecisive to govern the country.
