Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has told the �Parliamentary select committee on energy to impress on the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) to furnish the committee with a detailed break-down of their expenditure before approving their budget�.
