The Public Relations Officer for the Ministry of Education, Mr. Paul Kofi Krampah, has boldly said that though there are lingering problems to be solved, he is optimistic that the last meeting scheduled between his outfit and officials from the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) and NAGRAT, has and would yield positive results.
