A member of the Progressive People's Party (PPP), Charles Owusu has hinted that the law suit by Justice Kpegah, a former Supreme Court Judge, is nothing but diversionary tactics to distract the Ghanaian populace from the pending 2012 election case of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), which is before the Supreme Court.
