The Managing Editor of the Herald newspaper, Larry A. Dogbe has acccused Dr. Bawumia�s driver of sleeping while driving, resulting in last Sunday�s accident involving the Vice Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party in the 2012 General Elections.
