A Turkish investment association, MUSAID, is to invest $1.5 billion in Ghana�s economy, but a member of the NDC�s Communication�s team, Donkor Fuseni believes the time isn�t yet ripe for the nation to rejoice since the investors haven�t clearly told the nation where they want to pump their resources.
