Mr Seth Terkper, Minister of Finance, and Ms. Nemat Shafik, Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a new Africa Regional Technical Assistance Center (AFRITAC).
