Minister for Finance Seth Terkper, and Ms Nemat Shafik, Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a new Africa Regional Technical Assistance Center (AFRITAC).
