A member of the communication team of the NPP, Opoku Davis has stated that the issues Dr. Bawumia has raised before the Supreme Court have not been refuted, but rather the lawyers of the respondents have admitted that there were administration errors which according to him are in the areas of irregularities, malpractices which the CI75 speaks against in the 2012 election.
