The current second deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Ebo Barton Oduro, has been accused by Kennedy Agyapong of masterminding the payment of dubious debts to Alfred Woyome and Waterville through the aid of Madam Betty Mould Iddrisu when he was her deputy at the attorney general�s department.
