The Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. has hinted that despite the fact that there has been a ruling by the Supreme Court for the refund of �25m wrongfully paid to Waterville BV Holdings as Judgment debt, the government of Ghana coffers may not be credited with a cedi of that money.
